RecommendedMy Sante Fe needed a few bulletin service items done that were going to take a couple hours, and I needed to get a package in the mail (Christmas hustle bustle), so since they didn’t have a rental vehicle available, one of the service employees ran me down the street to the post office kiosk to drop off my package!! All of the employees were super friendly, and that gesture was certainly above and beyond! Thank you!
Christina was super helpful in the process of searching and financing the perfect car! I had many questions and she had all of the answers. I went back over three times and she was always eager to help and continued to try to find the best options available for us. My 2012 Hyundai Sonata began using a lot of oil. Service Advisor, David Couch, did an oil consumption test which confirmed that the issue was related to my engine. Even though it was several thousand miles out of warranty, Hyundai replaced my engine free of charge. Don Franklin and Hyundai really take care of their customers, and David Couch is wonderful to work with. Thank you so much!
David in the Service Department took care of all my needs and concerns with my Hyundai Sonata. I’ve always taken my son to a dealership but I don’t have to here; and ladies, you know what I mean! My car motor seized up and had just went out of warranty but David found a way to extend it and repaired it WITHOUT COST! He goes above and beyond for his customers. He is a wonderful, kind young man. I will always bring my business to Don Franklin, especially bc of David in the service department. Thank you DF Hyundai!

I purchased a car from this facility in late summer. I would like to start in a positive note; I still love my car and I do not regret purchasing the make and model that I did. Other than that, the entire experience was awful. My sales man was mediocre. He was supposed to order a part, which he made a huge show of yelling across the dealership “OH YOU GOT THAT PART?!?
