Jeremy was also very helpful with our deal. made our experience very fast and painless. buying anything new can be stressful with so many options and dealerships. we picked cronin for the small time family feel. bigger dealerships only care about the fast sale but never repeat business. thanks again julie.
WORST DEALERSHIP IN CINCINNATI!!!! terrible customer service. they lie about the turn around time on service. they lost a part from the interior of our truck tried everything they could to keep from replacing it. don't expect a return phone call from them because that's something they also refuse to do. Jeremy Thaler and Rich Underwood are two of the worst for the no phone call returns. the manager Adam will bold faced lie to you and then gets angry when you call him out on his lies. We had a great experience with Cronin Ford. Trevin was our salesman and he was very patient while we were back and forth to drive several different vehicles. We decided on a 2017 Expedition and the process was very smooth and efficient. Trevin was very knowledgeable and we didn’t feel rushed or pushed into a sale. Zola was our finance manager and she was great as well!! Thank you Trevin for making our experience a good one!

Tony was great to work with! I’m located 4.5 hours away and Tony was more than willing to work everything out with me via email. When it came time to pick up the truck, everything was ready to go and we were in and out in no time. The entire staff was friendly and took the time to thank us and wish my wife and me a safe trip back to Pittsburgh.
I have purchased two vehicles from these guys now. Their sales and service staff are all great. Calvin took great care of us. I love my new car. Zola really worked hard to get me into terms that I was comfortable with. We will continue our business there even though they are 45 minutes away
