if you want to get ripped off use them! they were sub contracted by sears to install our water softner. a year ago 10/17. after one year still on original bag of salt!!! called sears they came out said hooked up wrong only running through hot water not cold. had croix come out to get it right no problem just another 160 bucks for them to do it right the first time!! they suck to say it politely!
