RecommendedI had forgotten to check some essential areas of the unit and was feeling rather silly for not checking before Croix Crystal Water Treatment stopped by. Although my water softener was working properly Jim took the time to go over the unit with me and how to maintain it moving forward. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable.
