I’m a 2017 Chieftain Darkhorse owner from North Carolina who was in Chattanooga for a long weekend ride. I was experiencing vibrations that changed with speed. I contacted dealership at 3:30 on Saturday when they close at 5:00. They said come on and we’ll check it out. The issue was tire wear and they stayed late to mount and balance a new set and installed rear brake pads because at no charge. Thank goodness for dealership that goes the extra to help and out of town customers get safely back on the road.
