I’m a 2017 Chieftain Darkhorse owner from North Carolina who was in Chattanooga for a long weekend ride. I was experiencing vibrations that changed with speed. I contacted dealership at 3:30 on Saturday when they close at 5:00. They said come on and we’ll check it out. Thank goodness for dealership that goes the extra to help and out of town customers get safely back on the road.
