Really bad customer service. They are extremely rude and inconsiderate of others. I would stay away and find a different vendor.
This company hires unprofessional people. I witnessed one of the drivers vandalizing a vehicle with stickers.
I’ve never personally used Crockett and my main issue is their service vehicle #105 parking on the corner of Sudlersville S and Cokeland intersection in a Laurel neighborhood that blocks the view for vehicles trying to make the left or right turn. I’m concerned that they’re parking such a larger vehicle that takes up so much space on a narrow neighborhood road, instead of parking the commercial vehicle in the driveway like several other service vehicles.
