Need to call third time to fix my tub. Incredible. Cannot get it fixed right the first time.
Worst customer service ever. They are great when you are buying your hot tub but when you come in later for supplies they ignore you. I was just in there to buy test strips and was completely ignored by not one but two employees so they could service other customers that were buying a hot tub. Not cool at all. The other customers even said that it would be fine for me to run my one little order thru and the woman said no she is fine. Unreal. I will never shop here again.
