UpDate: 2 months and crooker still hasn't fulfilled their end of the purchase. Kevin and Sherri are complete liars, and any warranty is meaningless when they dont stand by it. I have filed a complaint with MA Attorney General. I have owned my Hot tub from Crocker sales for several years now. I have enjoyed the tub a lot. The sales staff were always helpful and friendly. I recently had to have service done on the tub and was disappointed. While the service was timely, successful and the techs who came to the house were effective and personable I had a problem with Crocker not being open about the costs of the repair visits.I felt that they could have and should have been more upfront with me about their service policies. Their service tech Dan is the best! House is under agreement and didn’t the circulator go so water was cold. New owners obviously wanted it fixed. Dan fixed it and was so calm when I was so stressed. I’ve loved having the hot tub, and now the new owners will too.
I highly recommend Crocker sales Great customer service Brandy and Mike are wonderful people they offer a wonderful service I live nowhere near there and commute out there from Leominster well worth the drive
The sales people that o dealt with were fantastic and up front. I’m a detailed person and they made me comfortable. Mike, the Service Manager was great and like dealing with all their employees!
