I found this company through my employer's intranet. I don't right reviews often however, I want to make sure others know about their service. top notch all the way. When they say they will get rid of your pest problem, they do. So if you are using the big name companies without resolution, I strongly encourage to call !
Critter Getter is great! Tammy and her team are responsive, on time, and get the job done. Critter Getter has turned our house in NE Tallahassee from a critter haven to a lovely home with no pests. The low-star Google reviews for Critter Getter seem like scammer/ransom reviewers who troll businesses for money to remove bad reviews. Disregard them-- Critter Getter is one of the best in town!
Critter Getters is the most dishonest company I’ve ever encountered. Tammy exaggerated a rat problem in a rental house that I own to the point that I was terrified and agreed to services that were unnecessary and inflated in price- $1900. In fact - she claimed was the only sure way to get rid of my overwhelming rat problem- she did one treatment- I have recovered one dead rat - she refused to refund the balance of $ I paid in advance for future services- I consulted another company and was advised this is a pattern with this... read more
My favorite part of Critter Getters is Tammy. Tammy knows her isht! She is on call, on text, she's just on it! There is nothing i can't ask that she doesn't know and is willing to go in depth to inrich me about my pest issues. She goes over and beyond with pictures, explainations, and is all about saving a dollar or just saving all together. The lengthy text and friendly calls make her apart of the family.
