Critter Control was able to "evict" the unwelcome raccoons who had made my attic their home, but it took about a week to do so. From the information on Critter Control of Richmond's website, I had expected that they would be able to repair the place where the pesky critters had their entry. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The hole was not repaired, but they did attach a wire mesh screen to the hole to prevent re-entry. Now I'll have to find someone to actually do the real repairs. Critter Control of Richmond is a reputable and responsible business. Keith, the owner, returned my call promptly and arrived at my house for appointments as scheduled. In addition, a call was made notifying me that they were on their way. The inspection was thorough and supported by photos of my crawl space. Everything was explained thoroughly and all questions answered without hesitation. I highly recommend the services of this company if you ever have critter issues. ****** *

We’ve been using Critter Control for almost 10 years and have found the company to be consistently helpful. We have 5 mostly wooded acres with lots of wildlife, including snakes, squirrels, and field mice, all of which occasionally cause trouble, so we see a lot of Dan. He is terrific! Very knowledgeable, always willing to listen and make helpful suggestions. We think of him as a good friend.

Very reliable company and responsive. Dan, our technician, was able to educate us on the reptile situation; resolve it and now we are free of the “issue”. I would recommend this company.
