We have used Critter Control several times (snakes, squirrels, bats, bees!) and have been very pleased each time. Very responsive, reasonable, and effective. Office staff are great, and the technician, Alan, is a great guy! Definitely recommend.

Keith came to do an inspection this morning. He arrived on time and was very thorough. He explained the plan and options clearly. I am confident that Critter Control will continue to help with handling our problem and am glad to be working with them!
This is my third time using the services of Critter Control. Several years ago, my groundhog problem began with the critter digging large holes, one next to my basement wall & another under my deck. We had success in trapping two groundhogs & multiple raccoons which were released. Last year, we had no success with trapping my problem groundhog. This year, no luck either, but did trap four raccoon! I thank Brandon who did his best! He was always very professional and friendly!

We were extremely pleased with service provided by Tim. Not only was he patient and explained everything in detail, he was kind as well as very professional. Our issue had subsided over the last month and we elected not to proceed with installation of the netting system at this time. Tim was more than understanding of our decision and did not attempt to convince us otherwise stating that he would return at a later date should our nesting issue reoccur. Keith did a thorough inspection of the various possible entry-points by means of which what turned out to be mice were gaining entry to our home. What I really appreciated was his willingness to allow me to accompany him as we made our way into the various difficult to access for human beings but not so much for critters locations of our house (attic, roof, crawlspace).
