I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that Matthew has regarding mice. He presented us with options and I am feeling much more at ease with having a plan to combat the issue. I'm happy to have a quality company like this when in a stressful situation as having mice!

Matt responded to our call for help with an unknown critter in our attic one day after we called. Within 15 minutes of his arrival, he had discovered a likely entry point on the roof under a second-story eave. He clearly explained every step he would take to confirm his suspicion, to identify the critter, and to remove it. Keith C was very knowledgeable with regards to potential rodent problem. He explained his recommendation thoroughly and considered our dog's safety an important part of the equation. Critter Control had quick response time and Keith was on time for the appointment. The pricing was fair. Would not hesitate recommending Keith C and Critter Control.

First time using this business and very pleased with the initial meeting. From the start of the process, scheduling the appointment with Rob, it has been a very positive experience. Dan J****** was scheduled to address a mole issue in the yard. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about the issue, offering a couple options for treatment. I have used critter control twice now for critters in the attic and Alan is incredible. He finds where the critters are getting in, gets them out and seals the entry points. Professional, courteous and top notch.
