Critter Control of Richmond was recommended by our neighbors to help amend a bat issue in our attic. Their team (specifically Keith and Rob) has been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have also been prompt and thorough in their assessment and solution. We highly recommend their services, if you find yourself in a critter conundrum!
We have used Critter Control several times (snakes, squirrels, bats, bees!) and have been very pleased each time. Very responsive, reasonable, and effective. Office staff are great, and the technician, Alan, is a great guy! Definitely recommend.

Keith did a thorough inspection of the various possible entry-points by means of which what turned out to be mice were gaining entry to our home. What I really appreciated was his willingness to allow me to accompany him as we made our way into the various difficult to access for human beings but not so much for critters locations of our house (attic, roof, crawlspace). Critter Control was great to work with! They were prompt and professional in their inspection of our house and quickly honed in on the potential problem and offered easy to understand solutions. They came out to set traps and stopped by daily to inspect and re-set as necessary until the problem was resolved. I would definitely reach out to them in the future if we have critter problems in the future-- hopefully not too soon.
