I was very pleased with my experience. Tim arrived the same day I called for assistance. He was professional and patient in explaining what was needed and how it would be accomplished. Tim was very knowledgeable and answered (and anticipated) all of my questions. He explained what to expect, and I was happy to have been able to put the problem behind me so efficiently.
Tim A was very professional. I had a bat in the house a couple weeks ago. I was worried there might be more. Tim inspected the attic & basement & found no colonies.to my relief. He repaired a torn screen on a window in the attic. This was my second experience with Critter Control-the first being in 2004- & it was very positive.

Dan and Critter Control of Richmond have been excellent to work with. Dan arrived at the arranged time and did an extensive evaluation of our problem. He reviewed several options and provided no pressure to make unnecessary purchases. I will continue to work with their company to resolve our critter problem and thank them for their professional approach to running their business.
We've used Critter Control for years and have had a wonderful experience. Because we're out in the country, we have had a variety of critters and Dan as handled them all. We also have dogs and have appreciated the special care Dan has always taken to be sure our pups are never exposed to anything that might be harmful to them.
We had squirrels in the attic. Dan arrived on time, explained process clearly and set up traps. Nice man and easy to work with. Trapped 3 squirrels that night/morning. Tim arrived in afternoon, removed animals and reset traps. He was also friendly, patient and effective. Very positive experience and I would definitely call Critter Control again as needed.
Used Critter Control to trap opossums while I was out of town (so dog was boarding) and they took care of everything while I was gone. I was able to set the appointment up via phone and handle the contract via email. Couldn't have been easier.
