A very good experience from beginning to end. When there are raccoons wandering around your attic, it's crucial to have good people dealing with the situation. They were knowledgeable and persistent about the process which was the only thing that allowed me to feel this would end well, and it did. Thank you all so very much.

Great service, awesome service provider (Amanda Q.). Great communication and she was able to catch and relocate 3 raccoons. Really good experience, recommend them.

We've used Critter Control (Columbus) twice and both times have been very pleased. The phone staff (Pam) is very nice and helpful. The specialist (Brandon) came out 2 days later and the next day under our house was raccoon free!
