We have seen Dr. Balasz for yearly physical and she is an exceptional doctor who truly cares for his/her patients. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you feel comfortable and confident in your care plan. Her professionalism, knowledge, and compassionate approach set her apart. The staff is also friendly and supportive, making each visit smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Dr. Balasz to anyone looking for excellent medical care.
Very poor telephone service. Called to refill a med during office hours...get message it is closed. Follow prompts, no place to leave a message for that, followed prompts to even speak to someone on call...led to a different message to call er or if you have a med refill to follow prompt. I did so and person just said oops sorry they are closed. They should be opened. Cant do anything about it. I tried calling main hospital general line to just get told they should be opened.
Such a nice office. Dr Pradko and staff are so nice. Really bright office and convenient location.
Very Difficult to work with. Went for my first time patient visit/annual physical that i need for my work. and not impressed. Called a few months later to just get some labs ordered and it was difficult. They want to charge you every chance they can get.
Great Doctor! Extremely easy to deal with. Helpful, explains what is going on and how to remedy. Knowledgeable and experienced. I highly recommend.
