Cristy, helped us with the sale of our house. Before the housing market became what it is now, she was able to get us above appraisal value, which, at the time was a rare thing. Her attention to detail in design (do's and don't) allowed us to present our house in a way I could have never imagined. Cristy made this whole process look easy. I am a first time home buyer and she took her time to explain it all to me. She has excellent communication and was very attentive. She checked in frequently and gave us really good pointer. After buying she still has been there to help with anything we need. I truly am grateful to have had her in my team. I would use her again if I am looking and have recommended her to friends and family. If I could give her more stars I would.
