I get kidney stones every few years and Dr. Fox is the best urologist I've had at Michigan Medicine. She prioritizes patient comfort with surgery and used a stent that was not painful after my procedure and I'm super thankful for that because the stent is almost always the worst part about a kidney stone.
Professional, thorough, pleasant.
Takes time to make sure you are comfortable and explains procedures so that the patient is aware of what she is doing. I highly recommend her practice. They are kind and make sure you have all you need.
I would like to personally speak to the office manager about how I was treated today by the person that answered the phone. She was extremely R U D E. There was no reason for her to behave that way. I am seriously disappointed and annoyed as when Dr. Miraka was there I NEVER had a bad experience. If it happens again I will be looking for a new neurologist
Doctor Fox is very professional And caring about each individual's health care. And gives you a good advice She's very outstanding in her field
