Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Do you trust this pediatrician to always have your child's best interest in mind? Absolutely! I trust them over any other doctor Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine
Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I really love that they have other doctors as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them.
