They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
