The History of CRI Properties CRI Properties opened its doors in December 1998, in a second-floor office bullpen space above Greer Garricks Office supply store on New Bridge Street. Our initial roster included three agents and one office staff person. Soon after we opened, Petey the parakeet perched on the sill of an open window and was welcomed as our first pet.

Prompt response, great customer service – I have rented my home from CRI Properties for over a year now. I really want to thank them for the prompt response to my request for service on our garage door opener. Over the past few weeks it was working slower and slower until one day it stopped. The gentleman ended up returning with a brand new opener and he installed it very promptly. Thank you again CRI Properties.
