The History of CRI Properties CRI Properties opened its doors in December 1998, in a second-floor office bullpen space above Greer Garricks Office supply store on New Bridge Street. Our initial roster included three agents and one office staff person. Soon after we opened, Petey the parakeet perched on the sill of an open window and was welcomed as our first pet.

The whole process of finding a place to call home went really well. I did not have any troubles because Renee truly knew exactly what to do, amazing realtor.
I love that they support military families and their particular situations. They have a large, competent sales team and property managers who work hard to represent us well.
No one else could have provided the customer service they have. I'd tell anyone looking for a house or apartment to call CRI.
I had heard mixed reviews of CRI around town but I went ahead and rented from them because of the great pricing and the timing. It ended up being the best decision I've made since moving to North Carolina. They're great and I couldn't imagine renting from anyone else now.
I have rented from my share of awful properties that's why when I finally found CRI it was such a relief. I've never had a landlord that was so attentive and responsive anytime I had a question or a problem. Its a rare find!
My cross-country move was very stressful and searching for a house last minute was one of the most daunting things on my list. Luckily when I called CRI Jackie came out to help me and I can't say enough about her work ethic and customer service. She was with me day and night until we found the perfect house, there was such a personal touch to it that I don't think I could've found anywhere else. I recommend them to everyone I know moving to the area.
CRI has always been very helpful and when I have a problem they fix it within a timely manner.
They really make it easy to find a home when you're out of state. They went above and beyond.
I can't think of anything that they can do better.
