I was rear ended inside the car wash. This was due to cars being placed to close together and the driver of the other car not placing his car in neutral. The employee at the start, witnessed the collision and it was on video. I was told conflicting information in how it was to be handled by the on-site manager and **** in office. I think Crew should have had someone meet me and the other driver to help mediate a peaceful solution. They accepted no responsibility. I went to the ************ location. During the wash, something hit and chipped my windshield. Whatever it was, hit so hard it almost went through. I filed a claim and was told theres no possibility it happened there and they refuse to pay for the damage. Im ****% positive it happened there. I even pulled fresh broken glass out in front of the manager. They offered a free car wash, as if Im going to come back after they damaged my vehicle, refused to pay and called me a liar. Id give zero stars if it was possible.
6/28/23 I went to Greenwood location. After exiting the wash I noticed a deep scratch on my passenger rear bumper. I filled a claim and they said theres no way it happened there. I told them I have videos of my vehicle leaving my home from security system directly before wash and there was *********** shown. I then asked for before and ****** pictures of my vehicle at crew. Ive been using crew wash for several years now. I took my van through a couple times last weekend with the intention to slap a for sale sign on it when I got back home. After the wash I took it a block down to wipe the doors down and realized the wash had ripped the drivers side door molding off so I went back to crew and filed a claim in Hopes that they would fix the molding I had to wait on another person to file there claim after I filed the claim it took 5 days to get a email that stated there wash was highly unlikely to... read more
Refused to wash my truck. It had a big cooler strapped in very well. Canceled my membership with them. Other times went through no problems. Manager needs fired.
****** Unlimited plan is no more UNLIMITED PLAN ****** I have took the membership when the club is open @Fishers. That time the deal was $20 per month promotion and after promotion $34.99 per month. When my six month promotion ended, they changed my rate to $34.99 per month. Well and good for couple of months. Suddenly with out notice they started charging $39.99 . My card information has been stolen twice in the last 4 months, and the only change has been my crew carwash membership. In January, I noticed a large charge for furniture on my credit card. I called to dispute it and reached out to the furniture company, where I learned that the furniture was scheduled to be delivered to an ************ address. After getting inside cleaned, they used too much water and the mats were dripping wet when put back in vehicle. After two- three days got a horrible mildew smell and too car back to location. Manager on duty even smelt the mildew and had me fill out a claim ( this is a brand new car by the way). Well their corporate office denied the claim and saying it wasnt due to them, nobody else did anything to car but them but taking with other people having claims, its like a insurance company, they deny most. I love Crew CarWash. The attendants are all very friendly. The car wash is excellent and free vacuums!
