Just had tires put on 3 days prior to going to the **** car wash, Needless to say that at the end, Their track made a noise and when I pulled out, I have a flat tire, The manager did help change it, NEVER offered compensation for the damage of the tire or replacing it, Have a FLEET pass & to get that kind of treatment, Take FLEET elsewhere.
First off, I understand that things happen. But it was the way the incident was handled, which is causing me to give a bad review to Crew Carwash. The team member who was supposed to be lining up my car wasn't paying attention and did not line up my car correctly. As a result, the wheel guard on the front left wheel well came off of the car (no, it was not loose). It had nothing to do with the "fancy" brushes used in the wash itself. No one scrub the front of the car bumper, and none of the bugs were cleaned. Car is as dirty as it was before the wash.
On Veteran's Day they were suppose to give free wash to veterans. It rained all day. I went following day and asked if doing that day instead . I was told no and they do not offer re=wash on rain dates either. The guy was very rude. I purchased a wash was not given even given a receipt. Finished with a vehicle that still had bird p*** in four places. The did allow me to run my vehicle back through with no apology from them. Worst customer service ever!!
This review is for the Allisonville Location (**** ***************) but it was not listed. Extremely disappointed with their service. I took my new car through their wash for the first time since I had it and it left scratches across my entire car. I met with **** from corporate and he refused to admit to the damages even though the manager on duty admitted to seeing the scratches right after it happened. Bumper cover was torn off while going through the wash and they refused to fix it saying it was already damaged. Absolute trash customer service with typical copy and paste response about how great their product is instead of taking responsibility for a minor fix
I had an interview and the first thing when the guys saw me said, we dont hire people with tattoos, ***!! There are so many ways to cover tattoos these days, I was definitely judged on how I look!
I had three points of damage going through the *** ****, IN ************** said theyre not responsible. The damage totaled $400. I wouldnt run my lawn mower through this wash. They basically send a generic denial email about how great their technology is.
I was straight lied to about what I was being charged for. I specifically said I didn't want a monthly subscription yet I have been charged for the last 3 months without my knowledge. "
