I've been living here for a little over 3 years and it has been such a nice experience. The area is nice and quiet, and the apartments are charming. I'd highly suggest living here to anyone that asks. Rent is a surprisingly good price for the location too.

I love it here and I'm very grateful for management's commitment to us residents. My gratitude is also for their warm welcomes to my family and my friends.
I am a current resident and have lived here for almost four years in two apartments in two buildings, upstairs and downstairs, through a couple of owners and management teams. The complex was recently sold and I am happy to see additional improvements being made. I love old quirky buildings as long as they function well and the few complaints I've had were satisfactorily resolved.
