My Friend Karissa & I brought our new kitten Ghost in for her 1st exam last Sunday. The technician Brenna & Dr. Tucker were very friendly, and took such great care of our Ghost (she got plenty of spray cheese)! The front desk staff were very nice as well, I really liked that they are for fear-free techniques with the feliway sprayed towel to cover her carrier. At 11:30pm we brought our dog boss in to sadly be put down though it was hard we knew that’s what was best for him. We want to thank the tech Mollie she was very helpful and gave us all the information that we needed . I also want to thank Dr.Tucker for patiently waiting for us to be ready. It was a hard process to go though tonight but the only thing negative I have to say is maybe let family be there for the iv injection. I was so impressed with the level of knowledge and care the staff provided Hershel and I. It is so reassuring to know that there is an experienced Dr. and staff to treat my buns! Hershel came in last night with GI Stasis. The staff was amazing Hershel is already doing better this morning. I would completely switch all of my furbabies over to this great place!
Very impressed with the emergency care our cat received today! This was the only veterinarian in our area that could see him on a Saturday with short notice. The staff was wonderful and began assessing him as soon as we walked in the door. They were friendly and helpful through the entire process. We are very grateful for their dedication!
Very punctual and professional...
We called at the last moment on Saturday night, frantic for advice on what we could do for a ball python with a respiratory infection until a vet opened up on Monday, only to find out they were open on Sunday. They were able to squeeze us in as a walk in. For us it was a 2 hour drive but totally worth it. Wonderful staff, great service, and a very reasonable price for an exotic vet. We were expecting to pay an arm and a leg for an exotic pet checkup but were pleasantly surprised at the bill.
New hours, open til midnight! Hope we don’t ever have to make a late night run tho. Today is just for check up.
