Sweetest, most professional people!!! The staff definitely has a passion for working with people's pets! I was very impressed with the turnaround time with having bloodwork drawn and receiving a call back from the vet with the results.
Sent my cat home today after a minor surgery with her IV still in her leg. Didn’t notice until I got home bc she was in a carrier. Took an act of God to not rip all of her fur off removing it. While I am a nurse and I know this wasn’t dangerous to her, it shouldn’t have happened. Maybe your staff need more training. Pretty disappointing that you are that sloppy. I tried to post a pic but of course posts have to be approved so it won’t make it to your site. Won’t be returning.
I took my injured Ferret Shotzie to see Dr. Jerry as a emergency case. The staff was fantastic, Dr. Jerry is FANTASTIC! After tests and general care and medicine Shotzie is getting back to old self with the help of her new little brother Pharaoh. I live a good 25 miles from their hospital, but it will be the only vet I will take my animals to! Thank you Crestwood Animal Hospital!
Carpet Chameleon in distress on a Saturday of all days to choose! Crestwood Animal Hospital, open until 4pm on Saturday, was able to examine and treat my little Lilac. Everyone was so helpful and informative. Because of this team our little jewel is recovering. Thank you everyone!
Took my dog and my rabbit into this clinic, and they were very great. The receptionist staff were very friendly and welcoming. The veterinarian and the technician were very great. They did everything they could to make my animals feel comfortable as well as checked them over very well in order to ensure they were in good health. I would highly recommend this clinic, as it's now my go-to (worth an hour and a half drive!!)
Today we had an emergency with our baby Patagonian Cavy, Archie who had a seizure. Crestwood was the first clinic (out of many that we called) that graciously told us to bring him in ASAP and they would take a look at him. I walked in the door and they immediately took him back to check him out. I am so appreciative of the staff there and their willingness to make sure he was ok! I'm positive I've found the clinic I will take my animals too for now on!
