I lived here for about 6 years. I had a great experience here with my neighbors and the management team. The management team was always really good at communicating with you. If I ever had any maintenance order requests, they were fulfilled in a very prompt manner. The maintenance staff were very polite and professional. I enjoyed the different amenities available. I wished I would've used the lounge/clubhouse more often. The only reason I left was because my boyfriend and I moved in together into a different city.
The condo where “security” is just a façade If you think you’ll find safety here, prepare for disappointment. Our van was broken into and taken from the inside parking lot during the hours when “security” was on duty (10 PM – 6 AM). No one saw it, no one stopped it, no one helped. We only found the vehicle five days later because we went out and searched for it ourselves.
