Edit: While my mother-in-law enjoys living in Crestmount, rent has increased 53% since she moved in. Also, the van that takes residents to the store and restaurants (for a small fee) has been broken down for over two months even though it’s on the website. For some people, it is their only opportunity to get out of the building. Unless you own a car, have a plan for groceries. They also have a hard time keeping management and maintenance folks. This property is nice, location is perfect being next to I290. Apartment is ok appliances are dated but usable. Unfortunately management decided to switch out the laundry units ( witched worked fine) card readers for Smart Phone units...talk about not knowing who lives in your building... 55+ residents most have flip phones New units should have been front load since a large portion of residents use wheel chairs or walkers...very Disappointed
Recently moved my mother in. She loves it! Always creative and fun activities going on! Shuttle to take the residents to go shopping. Everyone thats been living there for years says they are happy there.
