Did what they said they would. Detail was perfect.
Very knowledegeable personnel; friendly and courteous. I was pleased with the service to my car. And, they keep you informed if additional work is required.

I'm happy with the service yesterday. My Corolla had an oil change and tire rotation done, plus one part of the recall service was also completed. I'm satisfied with the service and have been a customer since I bought my Corolla in 2002.
I was told prior to the appointment how long the car would be in the service are and was able to plan accordingly. The car was ready almost to the minute and I was told what the next service appointment was likely to look like in the spring. Excellent service all around.
Craig was thorough, pleasant and helpful - he answered all my questions and made recommendations for future service. I plan to continue to have all my service done at Crestmont and when it's time for a new Toyota, you'll be my first stop.

Easy, professional, comprehensive service. The 100k service was efficient and thorough.
Service was good. Don't now if it took too long as I was the first person in the shop. Waiting room comfort, visual appearance, and amenities leave much to be desired.
