I brought highlander in for 10000 mi service. It was free just as we were told.
Todd was exceptional. He greeted me and chatted with me before we got to my car. He then asked me my concerns and if I had any questions. Todd then told me what was going to done to my car today. He walked me over to the waiting room and let me know how long the service should take. When my car was finished, Todd appeared again, told me again what was done and what to expect in the future. Needed an oil change. Stopped in without an appointment, they took my car and I was on my way in about 30 minutes. Excellent

The Service was beyond exceptional. Roger (service Mgr) was the Best. He was extremely helpful and he took care of my car's service issue. He is the reason I would always take my car to Crestmont Toyota for service. I do not live close to Crestmont Toyota but I have so much trust in their service personell (expecially Roger) that it is worth the trip. I always recommend Crestmont Toyota.
My three hour round trip to Crestmont to have a vehicle serviced was well worth the time and effort. My family has benefited from Roger's knowledgeable and honest handling of repair issues for over 20 years. We are grateful!
Service was completed in a timely fashion. I was advised to Purchase new tires which I did on my own the following day.
It was a very busy day. Mike took care of us right away. What was going to take a few hours, due to back up, we were out in 20 minutes. Thanks!
