Work completed on time. Vehicle and maintenance records checked as requested.
Service was excellent! Keith advised me price of what I came in for (all 3 new windshield wipers), replaced worn and ripped ones with Better Quality new ones that work very well. He then saved me another trip to dealership by performing one year maintainance (it was close to schedule). Valet(s) did a great job getting my car back to me out front. If you keep up this level of customer service we will continue to buy cars there.

When I made the appt I was told it would take about an hour or an hour and a half. When I got there (I was a half hour early) I was told it would take two and half hours because people were ahead of me and they were short staffed. After three hours or so of waiting I asked when I might get the car and was told still another 15 min. Three and a half hours total and I finally got the car. Craig is very accommodating and a major asset to Crestmont Toyota. He always exceeds my expectations and makes bringing my car in for service actually pleasurable.
Took 2002 Sienna in for factory recall on spare tire compartment. Went well. Took about the time predicted.
Friendy but a little bit slow. time control can be more efficiently, the E-business is very helpful.
