If you like living where when you pay your rent of close to 800.00 for a 1 bedroom, and don't get a thank you from the leasing agent that looks bored to tears on a Saturday afternoon. then this is the place for you. No one to clean up trash on grounds, that people throw on the grounds, no cleaning out of the doggie trash cans. Be so glad not to re-new this lease.

I have no problems living at Crestmont, with the exception of black ants. The staff, especially Cindy and Jen got another pest control company to come in and get rid of them. I have not seen an ant since. Daniel and his maintenance staff have always been polite and if I needed them, they were there, fixed the issue, and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. BAD PLACE!!!!! I lived there for 3 month while my house was rebuild and my insurance company was paying for the expenses. At the beginning the office staff was not that bad, but since I moved in they all treat me rude, especially Cindy Yandle (she act really racist) but i did not care to much about that.Since day 1 there where thing to fix at the apartment but since it was something temporal it did not bother me.
