Living there. We have had a massive air condition leak for over 3 days. The water is poring down the walls the ceiling is falling out and mold has begun to grow. The maintenance did not address it for 3 days. Now they say they have to let everything dry before they can paint over the water stains which have completely damaged the sheet rock. Unsafe over ran by thugs that don’t live here
This place has become a nightmare for my daughter and fiancé. The air conditioner has broken several times, dishwasher leaked, issues with the tub faucet, refrigerator broke causing the loss of food. For the amount of rent, I would not recommend this place to anyone at this point.
RecommendedAshley is the best Leasing Consultant. She certainly makes you feel at home. She makes it very difficult to say no!

Ashley Dowdy went out of her way to find me a great deal for a 2 bedroom apartment. She worked with me for over a week to find the perfect unit. The staff is always professional and also friendly. This is one of the best properties to live in the harbison area
