I have not bought yet because of the virus and I can't travel from VA to Texas to buy at this time. Still lI had a good experience with the dealer so far. I have had other dealers add well over $1000 to the advertised GURUS price. That really turns me off so I asked and received an itimized breakdown of the cost which had just $250 for dealer costs which is normal plus the taxes/title. All told the added expenses were about $800 which is normal in my mind.

I bought a 2019 Volvo xc40 CPO. No later than 1 day after the purchase I hear a noise from the ac units and 2 days after purchase a vibration from the sunroof when on the highway and a jittering when opening and closing. They had to replace the whole sunroof and both AC units. Not to mention after we agreed on the purchase price they said. Oh yah, I forgot to mention.
