Sales team was very nice but disappointed in condition of car when it was shipped to me. Many scratches. Was presented to be completely clean and was not. I have to have work done on paint to get rid of scratches. Also told it had ceramic finish and it did not.

Awesome car buying experience! Our salesman Jimmy Crosby is the best. He answered all of our questions and was right there through the entire process from the very beginning!! He went above and beyond. The finance department and sales director Jeremy Hernandez made the whole sale process smooth. They were amazingly accommodating!! Be Prepared for a Scam: I made an appointment to see a vehicle, drove two hours, and was hugely disappointed with the model I wanted to test drive (previous smoker). I was passed to a salesperson that was extremely helpful as my wife and I test drove other models on the lot.
