Great staff great service
Terrible! Poor service and poor communication! It took over a week to get a reply and they sold the car and didn’t tell me. Very horrible.
The folks at Volvo were very responsive and, I might note that once I told them I wanted the most recent model year, they did not try to strong arm me into their car, but did do appropriate follow-up.
Good service
Would not drop the price.
