Good customer service
This dealer was very unprofessional.The car could not start,I was told to come back an hour and a half so they can change the car battery.came back an hour and a half still no one had change the battery bad experience very unprofessional. The front desk lady was amazing.

Fast Response. Answered all open questions immediately. Very friendly dealership, no pressure, with a clear and competitive pricing. No hidden fees! No fees at all! Wow! Didn’t buy the car because of the open Chrysler Hybrid issues. But would choose this dealership always again.

Do not go to Keith Hogan. He chooses who to sell cars to. I wanted to put a deposit on a car and he wouldn’t let me. He then sold it to another person instead. Then impersonated the general manager when I tried to call about my experience. Horrible person. Save your time, this was a huge waste of time.

We ended up buying a Honda Pilot from McLarty. The one they had in stock had sold, and Mechelle ended up going to another McLarty to pick up a similar one for us. They were nice, respectful and fair with the purchase. This is by far the best car shopping experience that I have ever had, and would use them again.
