Chad is my service advisor at Crest. I find him to be truthful, knowledgeable , and informative. He recently helped my young daughter with questions she had her car and she told me next time she’s buying a Honda. Chad was that good. I find their prices to be better than the Honda dealership near me and I do not feel like they suggest unnecessary services or repairs,

Found the deal online. Filled out the info and they called me immediately. They really did make me a deal better than anything I had found on line and I had been looking for a new odyssey for two years. Contacted my local dealership to see if they could meet the deal and they not not could not meet the deal but didn’t know how these guys made this deal. Robert was very helpful. I did not want to sit in waiting room due to COVID concerns and rode around with a friend as I waited. He called me to keep me up to date and when my car was ready. Great service.
Great customer service however I thought a bit pricey.
