RecommendedWent to a different Honda dealership at first. Let’s say, somewhere near Gallatin. After a really disappointing experience with them, I contacted Crest Honda. My salesman was Bruce Prow, and he made the car buying experience very pleasant. Highly recommend Bruce, and Crest Honda to anyone. We ended up buying the CR-V Touring, and it is awesome. Look forward to buying from Crest from here on out.

They have great service and are very polite. However the Department could improve in the waiting room as I didn’t see hand sanitizers. It would be nice to know that inside was sanitized in this pandemic situation to feel safe.

Crest Honda crew were very friendly and professional. I have had my eyes on the Honda Insight for a while and decided it was time for a change. So I brought my Kia in to trade and all I can say is I am the new owner of a 2021 Honda Insight. The employee that helped me and chatted with me the week prior was Dreu.
