Friendly, efficient and helpful! Got a flat tire on a busy day and Daniel who sold me my Honda Accord Hybrid in 2019 took my call right away, put me in touch with Zach in Service and Honda Roadside Service appeared in no time and towed to Crest Honda. I picked it up with the new tire and unexpected car wash a couple of hours after that! Lemons to lemonade! Thank you Crest Honda, and especially Daniel and Zach. 👍

Overall fair customer service. My dissatisfaction was on the 1 hour 40 minutes to have an oil change (with appointment). Ryan did not tell me anything about my car, had to find him to ask. Once my car was pulled, it was taken away again (to wash?) after I had told him I had to leave to an appointment.

I just moved to Tennessee and found this dealership for my Honda CR-V. I decided to trade my CR-V for a new hybrid and Daniel Duncan helped me. He was so nice and helpful. He was straightforward and gave me a great price! I highly recommend this dealership!!!!

Once again I was so pleased with my interactions with Crest Honda's Service Department. As I have said before, I feel so confident in their maintenance of my car. Kris Halstead was my contact. He could not have been more attentive to my questions and requests. I always enjoy working with Kris. He makes you feel very welcome and leaves you feeling happy and secure when you go home.

Thanks Chad Honnor from the Service Department to take care of my truck. I took my 2018 Honda Ridgeline with 7 lights indicators in the dashboard telling me the truck had multiple issues. Actuallyu the engine was really trembling. I was so worried when I took the car to the shop. The service people called me next day informing me that the diagnose was done and the injectors were changed and covered under factory warranty.
