This is the second time after a service appointment at Crest Honda the hood of the car was left open. Each time it required me to pull over to the side of the expressway before the hood flew up. This is a lack of attention to detail. In addition, the service charge to replace a brake light bulb was very expensive.
I was very pleased with the respect for my time and the service I received. I was in and out in less than an hour as they fixed the issue with my screen on my backup camera/radio/phone. I was in and out in less than an hour and Micah Telford was efficient and thorough. Pleased that I was pushed to do extra maintenance. 5 stars for sure.

Zach Harris is a really good service advisor to take care of your service needs. The Service Manager, James Jones is TOP notch! I couldn’t ask for any better of a team to take care of my vehicle.
