Had an appointment for an oil change on July 1,2020 at 11:30. My daughter drove the car in and went into the lobby and then out to the sales lot. At 1230 she texted me and asked if she should ask how much longer. I called the dealership and asked for Chris who never answered his phone. I was driving and noticed a weird smell. I called Chad at Crest Honda. He said to come right in. It sounded like a battery problem. I got there and the battery was had a short in it and was close to blowing up. The technician (Dustin) got right on it, removed the battery and they replaced the warranted battery. This purchase was my second purchase from crest Honda. First experience was not the worst one. Second buy we didn’t receive the best customer service we should. We tasted the car noticed couples of issues the car had. Reported to the sells representative.promised to be taken care off the issues ,we didn’t see no proof of the issues to be taken care of it. I came in looking for a used non-Honda vehicle, and I left with a 2017 Honda Civic. Juan is hands down the best at his job! I despise pushy cars salespeople and he was completely opposite.
