RecommendedDaniel Duncan at Crest Honda was awesome to work with. We did most of the pricing and financing over the phone and all I had to do was go pick up my truck. They were so fast and have taken great care of my Honda-CRV for years. I came early in the morning without an appointment. Chad and the team had me out within just a few hours despite this. Very courteous, efficient and responsive to our needs. I also appreciate the additional precautions they've put in place during this critical time. I will definitely be a lifelong customer.
My service rep, Chad, was efficient and friendly. Chad was quick to service the recall & routine maintenance while also respecting my wish to do so contactless (thank you!) - however I was extremely disappointed when I walked into the showroom at 5:45 to pick up my keys and see neither staff nor buyers wearing any sort of facial coverings only signs to respect distance. Come on, Crest! You can do better.
