Wrong location
Lived there for 11 yrs, no idea how. Assessments went up every year, started at $240 when I moved in and were $470 a month when I sold 3 yrs ago so I imagine they're well over $500 by now. You got nothing close for that amount. A pool and tennis courts you can use 3 mo out of the year with the pool being slightly larger than a kiddie pool. The best part was the last couple years I was there they put potted plants in the lobby and asked for volunteers to water them! Love living here! Convenient location to the highway and so close to DT Naperville! Parking is never an issue and great next door neighbors.
A bunch of whiney old people who have nothing better to do except whine and complain. I can't believe most of these people were once parents and taught their kids how to be adults. Can't imagine how they all turned out. My 2 year old niece complains less than these people. Grow up.
