Lived there for 11 yrs, no idea how. Assessments went up every year, started at $240 when I moved in and were $470 a month when I sold 3 yrs ago so I imagine they're well over $500 by now. You got nothing close for that amount. A pool and tennis courts you can use 3 mo out of the year with the pool being slightly larger than a kiddie pool. The best part was the last couple years I was there they put potted plants in the lobby and asked for volunteers to water them!
