RecommendedI have lived in the Kerker building for the last few months and so far I love it. The buildings feel very safe since you need a key to get into the front door and they are pet friendly. It is very close to Palmer as well as downtown so you can walk if you wanted! The only downside is for some reason they do not put packages in the office and verify its you that is picking up a package. They leave them in a bike room so anyone can go in and steal your package. Love the feeling of security. Quiet place to live, friendly neighbors. Our new manager Jacq is very friendly and goes above and beyond to help tenants.
Since Jacq began working, everything has been so much better. I find Crescent Lofts to be very clean, professional and hospitable. I have started to enjoy the environment here. Since she started working everything has been so much better and more enjoyable. I really appreciate the friendliness and communication. If I ever need anything, I know Jacq will be willing to go out of her way with her busy schedule to make sure the job gets completed. Beautiful apartments & great location. Cannot beat the views from their rooftops
Good apartment location. Fair apartment units. Poor staffing. Facilities average.
I lived in both the Davenport and 4th Street buildings for 4.5 years. Throughout the staff was very professional and all issues were resolved promptly. The location simply cannot be beat- living that close to downtown and the East Village gave me many memories I will never forget.
Terrible people. Terrible staff. I would never recommend.
