Cool old buildings with affordable prices in the east end of downtown. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. Great location. Great neighbors. More maintenance staff would be helpful.
I love loft living downtown - it seems like the ":city thing" to do. I couldn't see myself living anywhere else! My unit is open and well-maintained. I'm not going anywhere! I highly recommend checking them out!
I've been living in my apartment for two going on three years now. There's so much room and the environment is fantastic. They give the downtown lofts a true meaning! So many activities just in walking distance from downtown. Management, maintenance and amenities services are professional. I can't complain about anything here - they make living in Downtown great!
It’s really cool to live in such an old and historic building! I love the character of the building and it seems to hold up pretty well throughout the seasons. The management and maintenance seem to be doing their best whenever there’s a problem and respond to emails pretty promptly. I’ve enjoyed living here so far and I’ve lived here for a year and a half already.
I moved in in May and have loved it! The exposed brick add a lot of character that you won’t get in most rentals. Look forward to resigning my lease!
I have lived at two different buildings with crescent lofts and have loved my experiences here!! The apartments are well kept and the common areas are clean and well maintained. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, and all maintenance requests are completed within one day, If not the same day. HIGHLY recommmend for those looking for luxury downtown apartments!
