I did not buy any jewelry from here, I came in to get a ring cut off from my swollen finger. Staff were super kind and professional and salvaged my ring as much as possible. Excellent customer service! Thank you so much again for saving my finger 🥰

I wish i can give you a 0 star, you just lie to your costumers about your warranty! I got a diamond ring and after a while I lost the stone which I was told is a lifetime warranty if something like this happened. I got all the paperwork and receipt and went there and the girl who was working there she talked with her manager about this and just told us is not covered. The manager didn’t have the guts to face us and explain the situation to us. Shame on you and your business. Stop lying to people.
