Worst experience ever! They have sold us a lemon! We have had to spend over $1000 for parts and labor to fix and replace the numerous problems with our vehicle since we bought it - the latest one being the battery - while we were 200 miles away from home! And NOTHING has been covered under the warranty - not even the battery because it wasn't dated when it was put it. WORST PLACE EVER TO BUY A VEHICLE!
I spent a LOT of time trying to make up my mind, the salesman was fantastic, he stayed late to show me how to use all the gadgets the car had, and even the other people in the building were willing to answer questions, I bought my Chrysler 300 C right off the show room floor, I had questions while driving called and the salesman walked me through all the new computers, we have 2 new vehicles and will be there again when we are ready to replace.
It was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had--from ordering my vehicle, processing my trade in, to the finalization of the paperwork--everything went very smoothly. Julianne Torres was super friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to work with.

Henry Sherman is the BEST! I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from him. Never disappointed! Yesterday Henry spent nearly the entire day with me and my husband helping us with our deal. As a truck owner and wanting to buy a new truck to meet our needs we went to Crenwelge Motors in Kerrville. Lured there by an add from them, we thought we would like to check this out. We were then lied to several times, taken advantaged of and discriminated against as senior citizens, stolen from and left without our truck. Then when we thought things couldn’t get worse they did.
