The worst service from Charles in service all I can say is I will take my business elsewhere sales men avoid people (Henry() they told me I have to get a new radio cause my Bluetooth was not working hell it hadn't worked since I purchased truck I also have 40000 miles and they want to charge me 200 dollars to tighten a steering link .... Tell me how a steering link comes loose on a new truck ......... My appointment for an oil change was scheduled promptly, the service advisor acknowledged me by name and knew about my appointment, and the work was done properly with a comprehensive report printed and left on my dashboard. My only complaint is the cabin air filter was not reinstalled correctly and my vent whistled when in use. The service advisor told me to return and it would be fixed promptly, and it was. I would have preferred to have it done while I was still there so I didn't need to return.
