I don’t recommend anyone deal with the customer service. Completely unprofessional and sub par. I had an appt scheduled for 11:30a. Showed up on time only to wait in the waiting area for 45 mins. After i complained to front desk lady she completely brushed me off and was dismissive. I am a good standing customer but they will never get my business again.
today i had 2 teeth extracted and it was the best dental experience of my life. the extractions proved to be a bit difficult but i felt ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN! Dr Marshall did a fantastic job and i cant thank him enough; every step of the way he was checking asking me my pain level lol but there was never any pain, pressure yes, but no pain!!!. the last time i had teeth pulled (wont mention names) i thought i was in a torture chamber during mid evil times, brought tears to my eyes it hurt so bad. First visit. Went in with a chipped tooth. I thought I would have to come back as it was my first time seeing this Dr. Xrays, tooth fixed and teeth cleaning with 1hr.
I've been going to Crenshaw professional dentist dr. Black for a long time that's always taking care of me with less pain as possible take a visit and you'll see what I mean
Dr Spear is sssoo��� GOOD.. IM NOT IN ANY PAIN after my root canal.
Dr. Black and his staff are the best. Very courteous, professional, and get the job done!
