Very overpriced services, and overpriced medicines. If you go here take a list of what meds they recommend and go buy them somewhere else.My cat was barely looked at on his followup and a payment agreement that I made with them was not honored. I couldnt afford to pay all of the \$1,000 in vet bills at once, but left them payment information and a schedule, when I went for the checkup three days later they said I owed for that days work. Crenshaw Animal Hospital is the best! Dr. Yoo and staff rock and you will not find me at another animal hospital. Classy staff and I feel my pets are getting the proper care each and every visit which is most important to me.
Beware of this clinic. As other have said they will charge for all sorts of tests, most unnecessary since you never hear what the results are or what the cause of the illness is. I had a deathly ill cat so I was very upset. After the vet looks at him and talks about it, then an assistant comes in with the costs-this is what this cost or this is what this costs, you choose which tests to do! All too expensive-how could I choose? Had me in tears. Stated this was impossible I will just walk out and then someone else comes in to... read more

First of all, this vet clinic was the cleanest, friendliest one I have ever been too. Dr. Yoo offered the best prices for teeth cleaning out of the 15 places I called in the area. Saved our cat's life! We've been taking our cat there for about 3 years now. Our cat "adopted" us by landing hungry on our doorstep. A few years ago, she was very sick with a VERY high fever. They kept her overnight for monitoring and were eventually able to bring her fever down. She's been fine ever since and we take here there for shots, dental cleanings, everything. Outrageous prices and unnecessary treatment – Problem: My indoor-only cat had loose stool Cost: over $1000 in just two consecutive days Result: My cat's stool is firmer, and cat is doing fine. Many unnecessary procedures were performed (barium, 2 sets of x-rays, organ checks, laxatone, muscle spasm medication which we never gave our cat) All of the tests came out normal and the vet still does not know why she had loose stool.
