Crenshaw Animal Hospital is the best! Dr. Yoo and staff rock and you will not find me at another animal hospital. Classy staff and I feel my pets are getting the proper care each and every visit which is most important to me.
Beware of this clinic. As other have said they will charge for all sorts of tests, most unnecessary since you never hear what the results are or what the cause of the illness is. I had a deathly ill cat so I was very upset. After the vet looks at him and talks about it, then an assistant comes in with the costs-this is what this cost or this is what this costs, you choose which tests to do! All too expensive-how could I choose? Had me in tears. Stated this was impossible I will just walk out and then someone else comes in to... read more

First of all, this vet clinic was the cleanest, friendliest one I have ever been too. Dr. Yoo offered the best prices for teeth cleaning out of the 15 places I called in the area. Noone tried to sell me unnecessary procedures. Instead, the patiently explained all of the needed tests and treatments. For those who complained about the costs, this is not a 99 cent store. Just like human physicians run tests to figure out what ails us, a vet must run those same tests to determine a treatment sometimes. I would refer everyone, so... read more

I apparently had a very different experience with this clinic. I took my Siamese Snowshoe kiteen and received great care at a good price. Not one vet pressure sold me to get tests done and he even made me deals. I had a very ill kitten who required 5 medicines and that kitten is healthy today. And, today Im taking one of my other cats. Pets need the same care you would give a human.

Even worse, they want to take days to exam so they can charge you each day for over \$500. I am SOOOOO upset and I wish I could complain somewhere.Make sure you get the estimates before you get ANYTHING done there.
