On May 30th, I found my mom deceased in her home. I called and they were very helpful and walked me through the process.
No details throughout the process about timeframe. They don’t do the cremation on site. We scheduled a time once they called and said we could pick her up, and drove the 2.5 hours to pick up my mother’s cremains. I lost faith in them delivering her after they picked her up. The guy who opened the door acted like he had no idea we had an appointment. He went back to find her, and came back telling me that she wasn’t there! And wanted to know who I scheduled with. Amanda has been so helpful throughout this process answering any questions I had. I’m 22 and just lost my mom they made it so smooth for me and they did a great job with the private iD seeing my mom before cremation they didn’t rush us to say goodbye.thank you guys for making this so smooth for me while I grieve her❤️
I called them to handle my brothers death. I filled out the paperwork online. I was told his body was on hold at IU for 24 hours for organ donation which was fine. They said they would call me when they picked him up. They never called. I called four times asking where he was and was told someone would call me back. They never called.
