Called Cregger to get a second opinion. A different company told us we needed to replace our sewer line for almost $10,000!!!!!!! The techs came out and found that the whole problem was 1 root spot!!!!!! They cleared it with a large cutter and we have had no problems since. What a pleasure. This is the only company i will ever call. Thank you so much!!!
Overall excellent. Work was performed quickly and efficiently. Drain needed snaking. They arrived the same day and took care of us.
I am not one to typically write reviews because I seldom take into consideration other peoples' reviews myself. However, Cregger is an exception. We had an above-ground gas line that we needed put underground so we could have a patio installed. I called several companies for estimates. One never showed up; others gave us estimates ranging from $1,500 to $2,100, with the assumption that my husband and I would dig the eighteen inch deep, 17 foot long, 12 inch wide trench ourselves. As a small business owner, I am hypersensitive to customer service. Because of the outstanding level of service I received from Cregger, I feel it's necessary to share my experience… I have a 3-year-old water heater in my salon, which was purchased from, and installed by, a different company. Since purchasing the water heater, the pilot light has inexplicably extinguished itself on more than one occasion. they did a great job, were very friendly and professional on the phone as well as the technician was knowledgeable on the problem I would definitely use them again
I needed copper pipes repaired in my basement, Cregger sent Jason and Kevin to my house. They were fast, efficient, and the price was very reasonable considering the difficulty of the job. Also, they were very patient with the questions I had for them. Cregger is my go-to plumber and I will be referring them to all my friends!
You're better off letting your pipes leak and hope they fix themselves than trying to get a good price/decent customer service from these guys.
Shortly after a visit from a technician my sump pump backed up and flooded my basement. I spent over $300 to clean it up/replace damaged items. The business owner was extremely rude and sarcastic and blamed me for not checking the pump after his technician looked at it to make sure everything was still ok. He refused to take any responsibility and hung up.
Our sanitary line was blocked. It was cleared in a timely manner. No significant issues to note, job done.
