This is a great place to live! The houses are beautiful and the amenities are awesome. The management company is extremely helpful and nice!
Well managed and a great place for college living
Creekside has been fun to live in. My friends and I have decided we will live there again! I recommend it to anybody.
This property is so beautiful love the look and home style feel. They have spacious floor plans and tons of amenities within the area. The staff is upbeat and so welcoming and always there to help!
I just filled out an application with my son for housing for next year. Their website said they have availability and it happily took my $45 application fee. Application was immediately denied and I was instructed to call the office. I was told they are full and have NO availability. I asked why the website not only said they did, but processed a debit from my account knowing they couldn't accommodate my son. Her response, "Oh, our website is out of date." Awful wifi connection!!!! Other than that I love it!
Read Better Business Bureau complaint filed against Creekside that mirrors our complaint. Make sure you read complaints on the parent company Woodruff as well. These people aren't interested in providing a safe, legal environment for college students or families. I would highly recommend staying away from this rental and real estate company if you want an honest, ethical company.
